Production description

Chris Congreves has created a brilliantly commercial hopping half routine.

Based on an original idea by JIM BOYD called "Confusing Coins".

It’s fast paced  magic with a simple plot that catches spectators off guard.

This is made for workers as well as hobbyists. The gimmicks are well made, it takes hardly any pocket space, is fast paced and is easy to do.

It’s EXACTLY the type of magic we love here at Magicbox!

If you are  not familiar with the plot, it generally goes like this:

The magician displays THREE coins. A 2p a 10p and a £2 coin. The magician explains that he will remove the 2p leaving the other two. The idea is for them to “sneak” it back without them seeing them do it. Before they even have a chance to reply the magician shows that  its already happened. When the spectator looks down its already back.

This catches the spectator off guard so they offer to repeat it, but this time with the 10p.

The spectator thinks they are catching on and its in the magicians right hand. However they then shows that hand empty and when the spectator looks back down at the coins its there already!

Finally the magician takes just the £2 coin leaving the 2p and 10p. The magician asks what’s left? Before the spectator can answer the magician expels “Sorry that s the end of the trick!” and shows  nothing in either hand!
